Xiaomi has been selling a lot of devices around 7K price range in India. Even their 2 old year Redmi phones had 2GB of ram. So for Nokia to ship a budget phone in late 2017 with 1GB ram is unacceptable. Also 8GB internal storage is unheard of in 2017 smartphones.
A 720P HD display is acceptable for a budget phone, even though lately Full HD screen are starting to show up on many devices priced at around 7K in India.
Like i mentioned earlier, only Pro i can see in Nokia 2 Specs sheet is the battery. With a 720P HD display, a 4100mAh battery can easily give a full day of moderate to heavy usage.
